We only accept premium quality photographs and images into our database, so before you upload your photographs and images please consider the following,
The image must be in focus and neither over or under exposed.
The image should not be too fuzzy, grainy or have too much colour distortion.
Make sure that when positioning the subject matter, details are not left out or hidden.
Do not overwork the picture and avoid extremes of contrast by working with the light and colour.
JPG is a lossy format, and every time you re-save a JPG resolution is lost.
Does the picture have a poor composition?
Is the adult content unsuitable for STOCKPHOTOMEDIA?
Does the photograph or image portray profanities or scenes of violence and is it suitable for STOCKPHOTOMEDIA?
The photograph/image should not contain, in part or whole, any identifiable trademarks, logotypes, store names, trademarks or patented designs.
The photograph/image should not contain, in part or whole, any recognisable paintings, sculptures, museum pieces, objects in an art gallery, public sculptures, certain architectural works, a photo of a photo or any advertising materials.
The photograph/image should not contain, in part or whole, any recognisable part of most modern toys, branded watches, computers or other licensed products.
Copyright rules shall be adhered to at all times by the Approvals Administrators who will reject all photographs/images containing modern maps, documents and any that include computer screens.
