Model Release and Property Release
All photographs and images that contain a recognisable human face, in part or whole, must in all cases be accompanied by a Model Release duly signed – without any exceptions.
If a photograph is of a minor – a person under 18 years – it must be accompanied by a Model Release duly signed by a parent or legal guardian of the subject.
If a photograph is of you, i.e. a self-portrait, a Model Release is still required.
A Model Release is required for each shot. If successive shots containing the same model are being uploaded, a Model Release is required for each shot.
All Model Releases must be duly signed and witnessed.

Property Release
All photographs and images that contain any recognisable individual property, in part or whole, must be accompanied by a Property Release duly signed by the property owner or another individual with the relevant authority.
You can upload a signed Property Release as .JPG, .GIF, or .PDF,
Take photograph of the model/property release and load it up with the photo.
