STOCKPHOTOMEDIA takes the issue of copyright very seriously. Uploading some else’s work as your own is strictly forbidden and is seen as a violation of the Terms and Conditions of your membership. You yourself must be the photographer/artist and the holder of the copyright for any photographs or images you upload. Uploading any of the following is strictly forbidden and can result in a lifetime ban and possible legal action.
A photograph of a photograph.
A photograph not taken by you.
An image that you have obtained from the Internet, a book, a magazine or any other printed material.
Computer desktop patterns.
Photographs taken from other agencies.
Photographs created by tracing or derived from the work of another.
STOCKPHOTOMEDIA does not accept files that contain embedded copyright notices, visible trademarks, logos or company names.
Most museums, aquariums and zoos demand permission for commercial use of photos.
Member may not upload content to which they do not own the copyrights - unless you have obtained and uploaded a proper Release.
